OUTCOMES

• Workshop participants increased their own knowledge about the impacts of water pollution in their community and, through their play, educated 100 community members as well.

• More than 80% of the participants now actively participate in cleaning their town and river and are empowered as ambassadors of the environment in their community

• There are plans to replicate this project in other rural communities in order to spread awareness of the importance of water protection.

• A campaign on social media is underway to push local authorities to take stronger action.
