About the course:

This annual course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively design and set up a mentorship program that is mutually rewarding to the mentors  and the mentees. Participants use reflective tools to explore their motivation to mentor and the importance of mentorship. They engage in creative activities to build  foundational skills that are required to deliver a win-win mentorship.

Organizations with mentorship programs, organizations planning to start a mentorship program, mentors looking to step-up their mentorship skills, mentors looking to connect and be part of a larger network of like-minded mentors, anyone curious to understand how mentorship works and why it matters

 

Why should you take this course?

Mentorship is increasingly becoming a popular tool to provide guidance and support for young people in schools, workplace, communities and within a wide variety of youth-serving institutions. While everyone can benefit from the magic of mentorship, individuals and organizations that design and implement mentoring programs also need guidance and support. Running an effective mentoring program is not easy. There are many nuances and programmatic details that contribute to  the successful outcome of the mentorship program.
