Why should you take this course?
Mentorship is increasingly becoming a popular tool to provide guidance and support for young people in schools, workplace, communities and within a wide variety of youth-serving institutions. While everyone can benefit from the magic of mentorship, individuals and organizations that design and implement mentoring programs also need guidance and support. Running an effective mentoring program is not easy. There are many nuances and programmatic details that contribute to the successful outcome of the mentorship program.
Mentorship is a very worthwhile cause for our communities today, but it is imperative that the people and organizations offering mentorship implement best practices in order to achieve desired outcomes.
Creative Action Institute has over 10 years designing and implementing innovative mentorship trainings for organizations across Africa and Latin America. We invite you to join us in this enriching work!
